This website brings together the papers presented at the International Congress of Workers’ Towns and Factory Cities held at the National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (MNACTEC) in 2018.
The website presents several perspectives on the workers’ towns that have emerged as a result of industrialisation. Several types of workers’ villages are presented, secondly the industrial sector and the territory, as well as the social dimension of this phenomenon.
